Production Description
Katori Hall’s riveting reimagination of the night before the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. After delivering his famous speech, I’ve Been to the Mountaintop, Dr. King returns to his hotel room, exhausted, when he receives a visitor that comes with some riveting news. King now must face what will be his destiny and what will be his legacy.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.: Male, 35-50, Black or African Decent
Camae: Female, 20-35, Black or African Decent

Audition Requirements
Actors will be asked to perform and monologue of their choosing as well as read from the script.
Rehearsal and Show Details
Rehearsals begin Monday July 5, 2022. Rehearsals are typically in the evening, Sunday through Thursday, unless otherwise noted in the rehearsal schedule. Show runs August 12, 2022 – August 15, 2022. All actors are expected to help with strike at the close of the show.
